This is our most gentle class at Sense where we dive into the deliciousness of nose breathing. If you are a beginner, this is the class for you to start with.  With an intention to get you feeling safe and comfortable in your body. Feel yourself dissolve and melt away as you let go of your busy day, work commitments, weekend plans and simply just be. This class is great for beginners and anybody who has an overactive mind. Leave feeling still, relaxed and euphoric.

Align
Electric & Clear


This class combines both nose and mouth breathing. Activating both your parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest) and sympathetic nervous system (fight & flight), this session gives you both the yin and the yang of breathwork. This class is designed to release any built up emotions, energy and stress. Leave feeling electric, lighter and grateful.

Release & Love


Get ready to deep dive as we use mouth breathing to activate our sympathetic nervous system - this is where the magic can happen. Feel the vibrations, tingles and physical sensations as you look at your internal world. This session can leave you with a new perspective, facilitate an emotional release and a newfound understanding of yourself.

  • You know how to shift from fight-or-flight to calm after a long day.

  • You've processed and released past experiences that have impacted how you show up for yourself.

  • You’ve learned to optimize your workouts, pushing harder and recovering faster, simply by changing how you breathe.

  • Sense is for everyone! However, it's important to recognise that everyone is at a different stage in their journey, so please be aware of the following details before attending:

    Breathwork classes are not suitable if you:

    • Are pregnant

    • Have a serious heart condition

    If you have any mental health concerns, please reach out to me beforehand so I can ensure you’re fully supported throughout the session.

  • What sets my breathwork classes apart is the unique blend of my background in clinical mental health and my role as a breathwork facilitator. I combine my expertise in both areas to create a safe, trauma-informed, and holistic experience. My approach is deeply grounded in understanding the nervous system and mental health, ensuring each session is not only about breath but also about education, healing, and self-awareness. Whether you're here for stress relief, personal growth, or emotional healing, I provide a space where you can feel supported, empowered, and deeply connected to yourself.

  • Drift is our most gentle style at Sense where we focus on making you feel safe in your body. I always recommend beginners start here and then move their way up through the classes.

  • If you attend Seaford classes it is recommended you bring a water bottle and wear something cosy & comfy. 

    If you attend Berwick classes you will need to bring a water bottle, pillow, blanket & dress super comfy. 

    I always think its nice to bring a chapstick or lip balm as somethings you may experience a dry mouth.

  • There is a recommendation to fast for 1.5-2 hours prior to attending the class to enhance your overall experience. With an empty stomach, your body can focus fully on the breath, allowing for a deeper connection and flow of energy.

  • If you have any mobility requirements for the class, please contact me prior to attending so we can ensure we have the correct support for you.

  • We have an 8-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel more than 8 hours before the class, you're welcome to reschedule to another session. However, cancellations within 8 hours of the class will result in the forfeiture of your booking.

  • The minimum age for attending classes at Sense is 14, and it's recommended that they begin with the Drift class for a gentler introduction to breathwork. Please reach out to me if you have any questions around this.

SUMMER SERIES

WELCOME   TO  OUR

Join us for our summer series at Seaford Beach starting 2nd of November. Weekly community mornings will be running every Saturday for 8 weeks. Start your weekend off right – with sunshine, the ocean and self-connection. Each session includes 30 minutes of breathwork, followed by beach dips (good vibes included), and finishes with coffee and connection.  

This is a perfect opportunity to connect with your community, step outside your comfort zone and create meaningful friendships. Whether you come solo or bring a friend you're sure to leave feeling refreshed and full of self-love.
