Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We aim to provide a flexible and fair approach to cancellations and rescheduling. Please review the following terms:

Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel your booking, please provide at least 8 hours' notice before the scheduled start time of your class or session.

Late Cancellations & No Shows: Cancellations made within 8 hours of the class start time or failure to attend (no-show) will not be eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling: If you cancel more than 8 hours before the class, you may transfer your booking to another available class. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within this period, but you can reschedule at your convenience.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any cancellations, regardless of when the notice is provided.
